Fulfillment Center Operations Manager

Job Description

The Fulfillment Center Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fulfillment center to ensure efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries. This role manages warehouse teams, monitors operational KPIs, and implements process improvements to maximize productivity. The manager collaborates with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to maintain high service standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and experience in large-scale e-commerce warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end fulfillment center operations and warehouse activities.
Supervise warehouse staff, team leaders, and shift supervisors.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch performance.
Develop strategies to improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
Analyze operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Control warehouse operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Train, mentor, and evaluate employee performance.
