Job Description

The Electrical Fitter is responsible for assembling, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining electrical rotating equipment in the workshop and at customer locations. The role involves ensuring all components are installed accurately while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The technician works closely with engineers and supervisors to complete repair projects on schedule. Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and disassemble electrical motors and generators.
Replace damaged electrical and mechanical components.
Perform routine maintenance and repair activities.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Assist with electrical testing before equipment delivery.
Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good condition.
Follow safety procedures and quality control requirements.
Complete maintenance documentation and job records accurately.
