The role involves monitoring painting processes, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The executive will optimize production schedules while maintaining consistent coating quality. Candidates should possess knowledge of automotive painting techniques, chemical handling, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily paint shop production and finishing operations.
Monitor paint quality, coating thickness, and surface finish standards.
Ensure proper operation of painting booths, ovens, and conveyor systems.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of paint shop equipment.
Optimize paint consumption and reduce material wastage.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Investigate paint defects and implement corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
