Job Description

The Materials Controller is responsible for managing aircraft spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials required for daily operations. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely procurement support, and compliance with aviation storage regulations. The controller works closely with engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain uninterrupted maintenance activities. Strong inventory management and organizational skills are essential for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of aircraft spare parts and maintenance materials.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
Receive, inspect, and store aviation materials according to quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and inventory management systems.
Coordinate material distribution to maintenance teams.
Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive aircraft components.
Perform regular inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for urgent material requirements.
Track shelf life and certification status of aviation components.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations for material handling and documentation.
