Vendor Relationship Executive

Job Description

The Vendor Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and business operations. The role involves onboarding vendors, resolving operational issues, monitoring vendor performance, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain product availability. The executive supports negotiations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier relationships. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance activities.
Monitor supplier performance and address operational concerns promptly.
Collaborate with procurement and category teams to ensure product availability.
Support pricing discussions, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations.
Resolve vendor-related issues to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
Prepare vendor performance reports and recommend improvement actions.
Ensure vendors comply with company policies, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
