Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with retail, SME, or corporate banking customers. The role focuses on understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable banking products, and achieving business growth targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Relationship Managers also identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to acquire new customers.
Promote banking products including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
Understand customer financial goals and provide customized solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for efficient service delivery.
Monitor customer portfolios and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
