Job Description

The Graduate Trainee – Electronics Engineering program provides recent engineering graduates with practical exposure to aviation electronics, maintenance processes, and engineering operations. Trainees rotate across different departments to gain hands-on experience in avionics systems, electrical engineering, technical support, and maintenance planning. The program develops technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and professional competencies required for a successful engineering career within Gulf Air Group. Participants work closely with experienced engineers while contributing to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers in electronics maintenance and engineering projects.
Participate in technical training and development programs.
Support testing, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation.
Learn aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and maintenance teams.
Assist in preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
