Job Description

The Category Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding beauty, skincare, personal care, and wellness brands to strengthen Purplle’s product portfolio. The role focuses on supplier negotiations, product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The executive collaborates with merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure products meet customer demand and business objectives. This position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and market research skills to drive category growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new suppliers and beauty brands.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with vendors.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
Manage product assortment and category expansion plans.
Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock availability.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Prepare sourcing reports and category performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
