Project Engineer

Job Description

A Project Engineer at Ma’aden oversees engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors, reviewing engineering designs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Project Engineers work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and monitor project progress. They also support project documentation, quality assurance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare project progress reports and performance updates.
Support procurement and material planning activities.
Conduct site inspections and quality verification.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
