Job Description
The Marketplace Support Analyst provides operational support to sellers and internal business teams by resolving marketplace-related issues and improving overall platform performance. The role analyzes support tickets, identifies recurring problems, and collaborates with technical and operational teams to enhance seller experience. The analyst also monitors service quality, prepares operational reports, and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
