Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Auditor is responsible for evaluating warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance within Meesho’s fulfillment network. The role conducts regular audits, identifies operational risks, and recommends corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce losses. The auditor works closely with warehouse managers, inventory teams, and quality assurance personnel to maintain operational excellence. Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities are required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct warehouse operational and compliance audits.
Verify inventory accuracy through physical stock verification.
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor warehouse safety and operational standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Coordinate with warehouse management to implement process improvements.
