Job Description

HSE Engineers are responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across QatarEnergy operations. They assess workplace risks, implement preventive measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves conducting inspections, investigations, and safety training programs. HSE Engineers play a critical role in protecting employees, assets, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement safety management programs.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor environmental performance and regulatory compliance.
Support emergency response planning and preparedness activities.
Deliver HSE awareness and training programs.
Review risk assessments and permit-to-work procedures.
Ensure adherence to company and industry safety standards.
Track HSE performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
