Job Description

The Legal & Compliance Counsel provides legal advice and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. The role supports business operations by reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and advising leadership on governance matters. The position plays a critical role in maintaining ethical business practices and protecting the organization’s interests. The counsel also collaborates with regulatory authorities and external legal partners when required.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Provide legal advice to business units and management.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Monitor changes in laws affecting operations.
Manage legal disputes and litigation matters.
Develop and implement compliance programs.
Conduct legal risk assessments and mitigation activities.
