Manager Aircraft Appearance

Job Description

The Manager Aircraft Appearance is responsible for leading the cabin cleaning and aircraft appearance function to ensure all aircraft meet Etihad’s cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards. The role focuses on operational excellence, vendor management, cost control, and continuous improvement to deliver a world-class passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain best-in-class aircraft cabin appearance standards aligned with brand expectations.
Oversee daily cabin cleaning and aircraft appearance operations across the network.
Manage contracted service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Analyze operational data, quality audits, and financial trends to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Support contract negotiations, RFP processes, and ground handling agreements.
Build strong relationships with airport authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop the Cabin Appearance team to ensure high performance and safety awareness.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, hygiene standards, and safety requirements.
