Wireline Operator
Job Description
A Wireline Operator at Halliburton is responsible for operating wireline equipment used in oil and gas wells to collect geological data, perform well intervention, logging, perforating, and other field operations. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and working at remote well sites.
Key Responsibilities
Rig up and rig down wireline equipment at well sites.
Operate surface and downhole logging tools and pressure control equipment.
Assemble and maintain wireline tools and equipment.
Conduct pre-job and post-job equipment inspections.
Record and monitor subsurface geological data.
Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment issues in the field.
Prepare operational reports and documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients during field operations
