Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Coordinate and monitor logistics, transportation, warehouse, and order-fulfillment activities to ensure efficient movement of goods while meeting customer requirements, service levels, and operational KPIs. The role acts as a link between customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Process customer orders through ERP/WMS systems.
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics reports.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed timelines and KPIs.
Maintain logistics records and performance reports.
Support cost optimization by reviewing freight and transportation expenses.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and logistics regulations.
