Field Operations Engineer

Job Description

The Field Operations Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Baker Hughes equipment and services at customer sites. The role involves working closely with customers, field crews, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Execute field operations, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and job records.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians when required.
Support project execution and customer satisfaction initiatives
