Field Engineer Supervisor – Wireline

Job Description

The Field Engineer Supervisor – Wireline is responsible for supervising and executing wireline operations at client locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves leading field crews, managing equipment and operations, and serving as the primary technical representative on-site.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily wireline operations at customer sites.
Ensure all operations are performed safely and in compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and industry standards.
Lead field crews, assign tasks, and monitor operational performance.
Prepare and review job programs, operational procedures, and risk assessments.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wireline equipment and tools.
Act as the primary point of contact with clients during field operations.
Monitor job progress, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure accurate documentation of field activities, reports, and service records.
Support training and development of junior engineers and technicians.
Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate logistics for field operations.
