Job Description

Role Overview
A Deployment Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable deployment of Ema’s AI solutions across customer environments. The role involves cloud infrastructure setup, deployment automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production stability.

Key Responsibilities
Design and provision cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Manage and execute SaaS deployments with minimal downtime.
Automate deployment processes and CI/CD workflows.
Monitor application logs, alerts, and system metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain deployment runbooks, documentation, and configuration records.
Collaborate with DevOps and customer teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
