Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Provide mechanical engineering expertise for the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of ADNOC’s facilities, equipment, and projects, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and approve mechanical systems, equipment, and engineering solutions.
Provide technical support for rotating and static equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
Conduct engineering studies, feasibility assessments, and root cause analyses.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Support project execution from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
Review contractor and vendor technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and HSE requirements.
Participate in maintenance planning, shutdowns, and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and project documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
