Senior Manager – Supply Chain

At Vegrow, we are building India’s largest B2B fruit marketplace by leveraging technology to solve inefficiencies in the agri-supply chain. We work closely with farmers, retailers, and distributors to create a seamless, efficient, and scalable ecosystem. Backed by leading investors, Vegrow is on a mission to transform the way fruits move from farm to market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead process automation & engineering to scale operations efficiently.
• Drive P&L optimization and implement ERP/WMS solutions.
• Design SOPs and improve key metrics: cost efficiency, productivity, quality.
• Manage inventory, assets, and vendor efficiency.
• Partner with tech & product teams to build scalable supply chain systems.
• Travel 25–35% for on-ground execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain/operations (startup exposure preferred).
• B.Tech (IIT/NIT) or MBA with a strong operational/engineering background.
• Proven track record in process design, automation & material management.
• Hands-on experience in ERP/WMS & system building from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.
