Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Biz Ops – Imports professional who will be responsible for managing international operations, financials, and vendor/customer relationships while ensuring smooth business execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Key Accounts Management & Business Development, and the ability to independently handle international travel and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international operations including P&L ownership and inventory management.
- Work extensively on Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and business tracking.
- Handle customer accounts, sales, and payables with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Drive Key Accounts Management and Business Development initiatives to grow imports business.
- Travel independently for international operations and partner interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Imports, Key Accounts Management, or Business Development.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as per business requirements.
