Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Structure Supervisor to oversee fabrication, installation, and maintenance of structural works in offshore projects. The role requires ensuring safe and efficient execution of activities, supervising site teams, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise fabrication, erection, and installation of structural works.
2. Monitor and coordinate daily site activities with project teams.
3. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
4. Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve technical issues.
5. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and safety officers for smooth execution.
6. Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 6–7 years’ Oil & Gas experience (offshore structural works).
2. Strong technical knowledge of structural fabrication and erection.
3. Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
5. Commitment to HSE compliance and quality assurance.
