Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Implementation & Optimization:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to align with business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, sales force suite configuration , development, and integration of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
  • Marketing Cloud) with existing business processes.
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to support Industry 4.0 advancements like automation, IoT, AI, and big data integration.
  • Manage the customization of Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance real-time insights for operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrations.
  • Develop a strategy for integrating Salesforce with other digital systems and platforms.

2. Digital Transformation Leadership:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive end-to-end digital transformation projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and align Salesforce solutions with digital initiatives.
  • Develop roadmaps for digital adoption, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Driving other Digital technologies around wind turbine maintenance and service

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders and teams to understand specific business requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions are fully optimized for different departments.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

4. Salesforce Maintenance & Support:

  • Manage ongoing Salesforce projects, including system upgrades, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure Salesforce is performing optimally and remains aligned with business goals.

5. Innovation & Data Insights:

  • Leverage insights from Salesforce data analytics to improve customer experience and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, emerging trends, and new releases to continuously enhance systems.

6. Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead teams of Salesforce developers, administrators, and other digital professionals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members in Salesforce-related projects.

7. Program Management:

  • Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of digital transformation projects.
  • Manage communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across functions and regions.

Required Qualifications:

•Education: B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT or related field) or equivalent experience.
•Experience: 12+ years of experience in driving digital transformation projects, with at least 3 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
•Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (must). PMP,CSM , CMMI, or ITIL certifications (preferred).

Required Skills:

•Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce platform, including customization, workflows, and integrations with other digital tools.
•Digital Technologies: Familiarity with other digital tools and platforms, including AI, automation, cloud computing (Azure), and ERP (like SAP).
•Project Management: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, from conception to deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to work with business leaders to gather requirements, build trusted relationships, and deliver impactful digital solutions.
•Team Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills in the context of digital transformation and Salesforce projects.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.

•Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
•ERP systems like SAP
•Microsoft Office 365
•Cloud platforms (Azure)
•React (front-end development)
•Industry 4.0 Technologies (IoT, AI, Automation)
•UI/UX Design Tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch)
•Data Privacy and IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
