Performance Marketing Executive

What You’ll Do

As our Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of running and optimizing paid campaigns across various channels to drive qualified leads and conversions. You’ll work closely with the other Marketing and Product teams to execute performance-first strategies that fuel our acquisition goals. You would be reporting to the Growth & Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (FB/IG)
• Experiment with and scale campaigns on emerging channels: LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Quora, and Twitter
• Own campaign strategy, copy, creatives, and landing page alignment to ensure full-funnel cohesion
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to build thumb-stopping ad creatives
• Regularly A/B test audiences, creatives, and copy to improve CTR, CAC, and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance daily and report insights, optimizations, and learnings weekly
• Work with the analytics team to build dashboards and track key growth metrics
• Stay updated on ad platform trends and competitive campaigns in the fintech/SaaS space

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Exposure to newer platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, or Quora is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.
• A creative eye for ad storytelling, and the ability to write crisp, clear ad copy
• A test-and-learn mindset: You don’t assume, you experiment
• Bonus: Experience marketing to solopreneurs, indie hackers, SaaS founders, or fintech users
