WORKING EXPERIENCE ❖ Preparing equipment, Pre-commissioning, Mobilizing, Commissioning & Pressure testing of Well Test equipment, Carry out Well Test operations as per the given program. ❖ Upstream Wellhead operations. Multi skilled, experienced in Production operator & Surface Well Testing. Ensure that the wellhead, blowout preventer (BOP), valves, and other related equipment are functioning correctly. ❖ Control the flow of oil and gas through the wellhead by operating valves and other equipment. ❖ Monitor and adjust pressure levels to ensure safe and optimal production conditions. ❖ Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of wellhead equipment, ensuring all parts are in working order and preventing potential failures. ❖ Identify and troubleshoot issues with the wellhead system, equipment malfunctions, or leaks, and make repairs or coordinate with maintenance teams in Offshore. ❖ Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. ❖ Be prepared to act in case of emergencies such as blowouts, equipment failure, or spills, ensuring quick and effective response to minimize risk to personnel and the environment. ❖ Participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness training to be prepared for unexpected situations. ❖ Monitor the flow of oil and gas to ensure that it is at the required levels and adjust equipment as necessary. ❖ Record and report operational data such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate to track well performance and ensure efficient production. ❖ Well Performance Analysis: Analyze well performance and report any irregularities to senior engineers or field supervisors. ❖ Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations. ❖ Maintain accurate and detailed records of all wellhead operations, maintenance logs, and safety inspections for compliance and auditing purposes in Offshore.. ❖ Work closely with field supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. ❖ Provide regular updates on wellhead performance, equipment status, and any potential issues. ❖ Immediately report any accidents, spills, or equipment failures according to company protocols. ❖ Operate a variety of tools used for wellhead operations, including wrenches, valves, gauges, and specialized machinery. ❖ Assist in the installation of wellhead equipment during drilling and completion stages. ❖ Ensure that wellhead operations are conducted in a manner that minimizes the risk of spills or contamination to the environment in Offshore. ❖ Follow environmental policies and procedures to ensure that operations do not negatively impact the surrounding ecosystem. ❖ Blowout Prevention: Operate and maintain blowout preventers (BOPs) to control high-pressure flows and prevent blowouts. ❖ Know when to shut in a well if necessary, in case of an emergency or unsafe condition. ❖ Continuously develop skills in wellhead operations and safety procedures in Offshore. ❖ Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques for wellhead operations and implement them as needed. Function: The wellhead is the surface termination of the oil or gas well. It includes a series of valves, fittings, and seals that control the flow of fluids (oil, gas, or water) from the well in Offshore. ❖ It typically consists of the casing head, casing spool, tubing head, and Christmas tree. ❖ The BOP is a critical piece of safety equipment designed to prevent the uncontrolled release of oil or gas (blowout) during drilling or production. It can seal off a well in an emergency. ❖ Includes ram preventers, annular preventers, and choke lines to control and seal off high-pressure zones in the well in Offshore.. ❖ Activated in case of over-pressurization or blowout risks, and ensures well integrity during ❖ The Christmas tree is an assembly of valves, spools, and fittings placed on the wellhead to control the flow of oil or gas from the well to the surface facilities in Offshore.. ❖ Includes master valves, wing valves, choke valves, pressure gauges, and flow meters. ❖ Casing and tubing are pipes that line the wellbore to prevent the well from collapsing and to isolate different pressure zones. ❖ Provides structural support and isolates the well from surrounding formations in Offshore.. ❖ Hands on experience on Flow Head, Well Head, ESD Panel, Integration & Choke Manifold, 3 Phase Test Separator, Surge Tank, Transfer Pump, Ignition System, Steam Boiler & Steam Heat Exchanger, Flow Back Loop, Store Inventory, etc. Actively involved in routine checking, functional testing & annual re- certification work. Preparing PTW, conducting pre job safety & tool box talks, Co-ordination between onsite working teams to carry out testing in a safe & proper way through PTW system. Involved Operations of wellhead Control by a Remote Telemetry System in Offshore.. ❖ WATER INJECTION PLANT OPERATIONS: -ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS REDA (VSD): Worked in water injection plants involving water supply wells with submersible pumps (variable speed drive REDA pumps) water injection, disposal wells. Flow Pressure adjustment according to the operation necessity; Trouble shooting, Reporting operation abnormalities of the water injection system, Daily report preparation. ❖ SHUTDOWN JOBS: Well versed in the planning and execution of preventive shut down job and Emergency shutdown jobs. Maintaining the inventory required for major planned shutdown works in Offshore.. BASE TASKS: ❖ Plan and co-ordinate maintenance & certification of all well testing equipment ❖ including: ❖ Separator (Daniel box, Fisher regulators), gauges, Choke manifold, Surge Tank, Oil manifold, Heater, burner head and Booms, surface safety valves, ❖ sand detectors, oil and gas diverters, Flow head (Pneumatic and hydraulic control valves). ❖ Ranarex, ESD panel and SSV, Pneumatic pumps, Dead weight tester, Scrapping, Painting and washing of well test equipment in Offshore.. ❖ Taking of tools/equipment inventory before mobilization and after offloading in the ❖ base, Office work like recording and updating inventory, store keeping, ❖ Others as requested by management in Offshore. FIELD TASKS: ❖ Carry out Rig/Well site visit prior to job preparation in Offshore. ❖ Responsible in preparing well test equipment prior to mobilization, ❖ Responsible for equipment selection for job considering the type of operation, ❖ Responsible for mobilizing well test equipment to respective fields, ❖ Establish good relationship with client in the field , Assist /Supervising Well Test Operation, ❖ Job planning and surface equipment positioning, rig-up, hanging of burner booms, ❖ Sequential pressure testing of the surface testing lines and equipment, General surface well testing operations in Offshore which includes ❖ flow-head operation, ESD panel –SSV operation, sand filter Operation, (Diverting to ❖ pot or bypass), choke manifold operation (changing of choke in the fixed choke or diverting to adjustable end), ❖ Separator operation in Offshore (passing flow through separator or through bypass, Changing or ❖ orifice plate in the Daniel box,) taking of surface well parameters such as BS&W etc, ❖ stabilize flow in the separator and monitor behavior/performance, well shut-in and pressure bleed off,Safe equipment rig down, ❖ Carry out the operation in an environmentally friendly way between client, cool personnel, and the community around in Offshore. Well testing ❖ Flowing the wells through various sizes of chokes through three stages separator, ❖ separator charging, diverting the well in to the separator, operating and normalizing with ❖ different size of orifice plate to measure the quantity of Gas, Oil and Water rate is ❖ measured by positive displacement meter or Turbine meter with totalizer Well stimulation in Offshore. ❖ Activate the well by pumping Acid through cementing unit or active the well by ❖ Gas injection in case of artificial gas injection completion in Offshore.
