Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

» Plan, design and execute innovative growth campaigns aimed at user acquisition, platform engagement, reactivation and increasing Customer Lifetime Value.
» Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential threats within the landscape.
» Collaborate closely with other teams within marketing (Design, CRM and Performance Marketing) and cross-functional teams like Product, Data and Engineering to ensure synergy and effectiveness in growth strategies.
» Handle end-to-end process of campaigns, including project management, securing approvals and stakeholder management.
» Work closely with the product team to enhance the campaign experience with results-focused initiatives.
» Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of growth initiatives, utilizing data to inform and optimize future strategies.
» Manage stakeholder expectations and streamline marketing operations over time.

 

How your Success will be Measured

 

» YoY increase in penetration of our value-added services like money transfer, mobile recharge and loyalty subscription.
» Increase in acquisition of new users who transact within the app.
» Decrease in churn of customers using the value-added services within the app.
» Reactivation of dormant customer base.
» YoY increase in the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) for value added services.

 

Requirements

 

» Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
» Minimum of 4 years experience in growth marketing.
» Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analysis techniques.
» Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
» Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving
» Detail oriented, ensuring that the mechanics and intricacies of campaigns are clearly conveyed and executed.
» Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to rapid changes.
» Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
» A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

 

 

Nice-to-Have

 

» Experience in e-commerce, subscription based apps and fintech apps.
