Mobile CRM Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
» Design and implement customer segmentation strategies using behavioral, demographic and purchase behavior to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns.
» Build and automate multi-channel campaigns (push, in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp) via the CRM’s workflow orchestration to drive engagement at critical user journey stages.
» Use A/B testing tools to optimize message timing, content and delivery channels for maximum impact.
Push Notification Content Creation
» Write concise, engaging and action-driven copy for push notification tailored to user segments (eg. Win-back campaigns, feature updates and personalized offers).
» Balance creativity with data insights to refine messaging based on open rates, CTRs and conversion metrics.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) Optimization
» Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, drop-off points and opportunities for re-engagement.
» Develop retention programs (loyalty rewards, milestone celebrations, etc.) to increate CLTV.
Campaign Operations
» Work with product marketing team to manage campaign set up, audience targeting, QA and deployment in the CRM tool.
» Provide detailed performance reports, with actionable insights to stakeholders.
How Your Success will be Measured
» YoY increase in transactions via CRM.
» Increase in CTR of push notification and in-app messaging on the app.
» YoY increase in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
» YoY reduction in customer churn for all value-added services on the app
Requirements
» 3+ years of hands-on mobile CRM experience, with expert-level proficiency in Clevertap or similar tools.
» Proven ability to write high-converting push notification copy and adapt tone/style for different audiences.
» Strong analytical skills and comfortable interpreting data to optimize campaigns and calculate ROI.
» Self-starter with the ability and drive to execute end-to-end campaigns independently, without the reliance of other team members)
» Familiarity with mobile app user behavior and lifecycle marketing principles.

» Customer-centric mindset, you make decision based on user insights
