Zycus is hiring for a Global Client Training & Change Consultant / Trainer as a change catalyst to be a part of its client learning center – Zycus University. Candidate with an excellent communications skills along with Product training experience would ideal match for this role. Candidate should Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, process deviation, or delivery misses. Candidate with certified on procurement industry practices would be added advantage . Domain knowledge in Procurement / Supply chain / entire supply chain function knowledge would be added advantage to the role.
This is a key client facing role that calls for identification and implementation of Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects for global clients. The Client Trainer / Trainer also supports the training operations and will be looked at to stay abreast of practices that continually support user learning requirements & trends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Train clients (Virtual and Onsite) as and when required to step in. This could entail international travel (as per requirement).
- Support continuous improvement programs for the team, execute and ensure completion.
- Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction, process deviation, or delivery misses.
- Stay continually certified on procurement industry practices and Zycus Product suite
- Continually enhance your domain/industry/functional knowledge and delivery
- Participate in daily scrums and one on one’s to discuss status updates, action plans, and red flags
- Be available and open to work in Flexible working hours including night shifts when required
- Track and present your MBOs to Sr. Management, highlight trends and deviations along with Analysis and next steps.
Skills And Expertise
- Candidates with 6 to 12 years product training experience would be preferred.
- Any industry background with product training delivery to 1 or more global customer exposure is a plus.
- Excellent Communication is a must.
- OCM experience for software/procurement deployments is a plus (not Incident Management)
- Change Management certification is an added advantage
- Excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred)
- High degree of self-motivation and strong orientation toward teamwork
- Strong grasp of written and spoken English
- Time Management & Effective Prioritization
- Ability to understand how businesses work, have excellent analytical and solution driven approach.
Qualification : Any graduate / Post graduate can apply . Additional certifications in product training would be added advantage.
