We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Executive to join our HCM Team at our office based in Bengaluru.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in HR operations, responsible for managing critical aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, HRMS administration, grievance handling, compliance coordination, background verification, and offboarding. The Senior HR Executive is a key player in shaping the organizational culture, managing talent, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR principles.
Role And Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Provide timely guidance and resolution to ensure a harmonious work environment. Promote a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement by supporting internal events, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Onboarding, BGV, & Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, including appointment letter issuance, pre & post-joining formalities, HR induction, and manage the IAP program. Initiative & track BGV processes in coordination with the external vendors to ensure timely and accurate closures. Oversee the end-to-end offboarding process, ensuring compliance, closure, and a positive final employee experience.
- Training and Development: Plan and coordinate with the L&D team on the IAP process for the new employees. Work with HRBPs / HOD to develop career paths for employees.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Communicate policies to employees and enforce them consistently.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Keep abreast of industry trends and adjust benefit offerings as needed.
- HRIS Management: Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, track metrics, and generate reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
- Legal Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations. Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Coordinate social events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Job Requirement
Requirements And Skills
- Candidate should have total 4-8 years’ experience in HR, added advantage if you are someone who has a working experience with the Software industry.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of the organization to cater to business needs
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills & stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate positive work environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management
