ZMI Holdings, a leading provider of offshore marine services, is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support and streamline operations within our Technical Department. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment – we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and technical activities for offshore support vessels and jack-up barges.
- Prepare and update technical reports, maintenance logs, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Monitor and maintain records of vessel certificates, class surveys, and service schedules.
- Compile technical data and assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for technical documents.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth technical workflows and timely updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a technical or coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical, team-based environment.
