Engineering HR Administrator
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including managing calendars, and handling correspondence Tenders.
· Prepare technical reports, and other engineering-related documents as needed.
· Coordinate the submission of tender documents and all requirements on time.
· Assist in managing engineering project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
· Communicate and send emails with our management team and other counter partners.
· Handle general office duties such as answering emails, filling, and managing office equipment.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for engineering staff, including training records, certifications, and work permits.
· Process payroll and benefits administration tasks accurately.
· Keep track of all Business licenses including certifications, company registration, equipment, and car licenses..
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
· Proven experience in administrative support roles within an engineering environment is preferred.
· Strong understanding of engineering terminology, processes, and industry standards.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with engineering software/tools.
· Knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and regulations related to engineering professions is a plus.
· Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
