We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, financial record-keeping, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with banks and vendors.
- Office Operations: Organize office events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Digital Archiving the documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements (Must):
- Very Good in English(read, write, conversation) .
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with related financial software.
Work time :Saturday- Wednesday (8:00 am -4:30 pm ) , (Thursday (8:00 am – 2:00 pm )
