Job Description

Location: Amman, Jordan

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, financial record-keeping, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with banks and vendors.
  • Office Operations: Organize office events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Digital Archiving the documents.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements (Must):

  • Very Good in English(read, write, conversation) .
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with related financial software.

Work time :Saturday- Wednesday (8:00 am -4:30 pm ) , (Thursday (8:00 am – 2:00 pm )
