AGM – Administration
Job Description
The incumbent will ensure smooth administration services including facility management, security management, external liaisioning, horticulture, housekeeping, travel management and other administrative processes for the employees and the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for Security of Employees and Assets of JCB Pune site and provide a safe working environment for all employees, business partners & visitors
- Accountable for Horticulture and landscaping of the entire Site
- Supervision of all Administration services viz Pantry, Housekeeping, Pest Control, Stationary, Courier, Managing and conducting of Events etc.
- Assessment of Administration needs, planning & budgeting and execution in time line.
- Accountable for Travel Management of all employees and visitors including cost control.
- Manage routine administrative requirements of all Expats including documentation.
- Accountable for processing of the invoices in SAP and ensure timely payments to all suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare, analyze and maintain all data related to Administration functioning and present it management on weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all legal compliances are fulfilled through regular monitoring and timely submissions
- Be an excellent interface-brand ambassador of the company. Liaison with Govt officials and influential agencies/persons, in favour of the organization
- Manage VIP visits & movements.
