Operations Specialist

About The Role
- You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery and ongoing maintenance of our car subscription service.
- You will be responsible for helping other departments in handling customer escalations and liaising with car dealers.
- Your primary focus will be on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely car acceptance, handover to customers, and response to service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer escalations
- Communicate effectively with other departments and car dealers to resolve customer issues promptly
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the operations process
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 year experience in an operations role or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the car rental industry (a plus)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
