Job Description

About The Role

 

  • You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery and ongoing maintenance of our car subscription service.
  • You will be responsible for helping other departments in handling customer escalations and liaising with car dealers.
  • Your primary focus will be on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely car acceptance, handover to customers, and response to service requests.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage customer escalations
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and car dealers to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the operations process
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 3 year experience in an operations role or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the car rental industry (a plus)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
