POSITION SCOPE

Conduct ongoing customer research to understand the profile of your target audience, their behaviors, and pain points. (This can involve surveys, and website user behavior analysis)
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various online channels.
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages to maximize lead capture.
Utilize A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Craft compelling nurturing campaigns that move prospects through the funnel, from lead to MQL to SQL.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality leads.

Objective 1: Increase qualified leads from online channels by 30% Q/Q.
Objective 2: Improve lead conversion rate by 20% within 6 months.
Objective 3: Develop and implement a lead nurturing program that increases SQLs by 25%.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent degree
3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and ROI measurement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, design, etc.).
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze complex marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, PPC and SEO.
Experience with Google Analytics
Growth mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
