Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Barista at Chilly Shot Billiards and Snooker Hall LLC, you will play a key role in crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation.
Customize drinks based on customer preferences.
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and organized.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.

Cash Handling:

Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision.
Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Educate customers about our coffee offerings and answer any questions they may have.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Communicate effectively with management and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
