Job Description
Job Summary:
- To Provide comprehensive HR services to designated Company business areas thereby contributing to their overall performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
- Develop Job Adverts & advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Coordinating with Recruitment Agencies regarding bulk requirements, recruitment campaign, selected candidates, follow-up the necessary requirement such as documents, police clearance, medical, and certificates (Education / Job related).
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Promote the company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
- Conducting telephonic interviews and screening to shortlisted candidates and finally working for the finalization of candidates qualification, thereafter forwarding to the concerned Department.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Liaise with the department regarding the candidate shortlisted interview appointment to confirm about the time and date availability.
- Calling the candidates for personal interview as per the date and time confirmed and approved by the Departments, maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Consolidate the required documents such as work experience certificates, educational degree, civil ID copy, and passport copy with residency page, thereafter verifying the documents.
- Calling the candidates to sign the offer letter, negotiating about the joining date availability.
- Registering the newly-hired candidates in the ERP System.
- Registering the selected candidates in the Staff Registration.
- Liaising to the administration for the residency transfer of the new joiners, visa requests of the overseas selected candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct HR Induction.
Competencies Required
(a) Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Any Discipline
- Certified Human Resource Management Professional, (CHRMP) Certification or equivalent.
(b) Experience
- 5 to 6 years related work experience and 2 years as Human Resources Specialist.

- Recruitment Strategies, Local Employment Law, General Human Resources Knowledge
- Selection Interview techniques, Presentation Skills / Report Writing / Supervisory Skills
