Job Description

Job Overview:

 

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing employees.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

– Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts
– Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
– Process employee requests and maintain HR databases, such as attendance and leave records
– Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
– Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling and tracking participation
– Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews
– Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in a similar role
– Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
– Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
