Product Manager
Job Description
Purpose:
As a Product Manager – Growth, you will be responsible for building and enhancing products that solve customer and stakeholder problems through insights from user research and data. Your primary focus will be driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention to accelerate the company’s growth. You will identify customer needs and align them with the company’s business objectives to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a product growth strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Provide key stakeholder alignment to ensure initiatives are connected to the larger organizational goals.
Product Development & Optimization:
- Conceptualize and launch new product features and growth experiments efficiently and scalably.
- Lead A/B testing and other experiments to identify product opportunities and optimize performance.
- Ensure requirements are properly defined, including clear problem statements, quantifiable goals, and baseline data.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology & Data Science teams for efficient product execution.
Growth Initiatives & Metrics:
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to accelerate growth.
- Leverage data insights to refine strategy, define success metrics, and execute against key business initiatives.
- Monitor and report on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Monthly Bookings, Customer Retention Rate (CRR), Customer Lifetime Value
- (CLTV), and other key growth KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with UX Design, Technology & Business teams to deliver product requirements.
- Partner with Growth & Operations, Marketing, and Branding teams to align product growth strategies.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Customer Insights & Research:
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities and build iterative features.
- Implement necessary changes by reviewing existing processes, resources, and systems to maximize business performance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in mobility or food tech.
- Product management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in user research to extract actual needs and validate product ideas.
- Strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills.
