Job Description

Job Summary:

AfriCred is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Agent Recruitment Manager to lead our global expansion efforts by recruiting top-tier agents to promote and sell AfriCred-Pay. This innovative platform enables students to pay their international tuition and application fees in their local currency, making higher education more accessible and affordable. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of agents across the globe to drive the adoption of AfriCred-Pay among students and educational institutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Agent Recruitment & Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and onboard top agents globally who are well-connected in the education sector.
  • Identify and engage with prospective agents who have strong networks with students, educational consultants, and universities, particularly in regions with high outbound student traffic.
  • Negotiate and establish partnership agreements with agents, ensuring alignment with AfriCred’s business objectives and values.

Sales & Business Development:

– Equip agents with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell AfriCred-Pay to their client base.
– Work closely with agents to identify key markets and opportunities, developing tailored strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
– Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing regular feedback and support to maximize their effectiveness and achieve sales targets.

Market Research & Analysis:

– Conduct market research to identify regions and markets with high demand for international education and cross-border payment solutions.
– Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to refine recruitment and sales strategies, ensuring AfriCred-Pay remains the preferred choice for students and educational institutions.
– Gather insights from agents and the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Relationship Building & Networking:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with recruited agents, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
– Represent AfriCred at global education fairs, conferences, and industry events to expand the company’s network and brand presence.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless agent onboarding and ongoing support.

Training & Development:

– Develop and deliver training programs for agents to ensure they have a deep understanding of AfriCred-Pay and can effectively communicate its benefits to students and educational institutions.
– Create and maintain a library of sales and marketing materials that agents can use to support their sales efforts.

Reporting & Compliance:

– Establish and manage a reporting system to track agent activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
– Ensure that all agent activities comply with AfriCred’s policies and legal requirements, particularly in relation to international transactions and financial regulations.
