Preparing and analyzing electrical designs/shop drawings including the load schedules, single line diagrams, lighting and power layouts, specifications of the materials used. Attending meetings with the Government authorities regarding the drawing approvals. Preparing detailed requisitions for electrical equipment and related materials as well as reviewing supplier drawing submittals. Attending meetings with clients/Consultants/Main Contractors and identifying their needs and providing suitable solutions. Assisting the Senior Estimation engineer in tender submissions, material quantity takeoffs, electrical estimates, data sheets. Assisting the procurement team in preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts. Inspecting the day to day activities at site to ensure the measure of works done and whether the works are done as per the approved drawings and following the specifications and authorities regulations. Preparing detailed report for the day to day site activities and submitting to the project manager. Reviewing Contractor’s Submissions including shop drawings, Materials, RFI, etc. Observing the site safety practices. Assist in reviewing the project’s close out documents. Participating in all health and safety issues at site as per the requirement of project safety representative. Providing support for other engineering activities like ELV systems, HVAC, Plumbing etc. as per the requirement.

Prepare Electrical Design, load schedules and single line diagrams for Residential buildings and Villas. Electrical Quotations and Variation take off for the projects. Attending Discussion with Engineers of the concerned department (SEWA) for the shop drawing approval. Attending meetings with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors and Subcontractors in site regarding the project status. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Carry out site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standards.

Operation and maintenance of Extra High Tension power equipment. Maintenance of Power Transformers, Capacitor Banks, Circuit Breakers. Maintenance of Extra High Tension lines.
