Field Site Shut Down Jobs, Preventive Maintenance, Annual Shutdown Modification and Maintenance. Having experience in HT/LT Motor, Starter, 33/11 KV, 11KV/415 Volt Transformers, UPS, Battery Charger. Having experience in 11 KV Motor PM & 3.3KV Motor, local control Transformer PM & Simulation Test, BDV oil test Breather Maintenance, Dedusting, IR value PI value, & Checked Insulation resistance Testing, Measuring of Power Control & Signal Cables Gladding, Termination in Marshalling Cabinet, UPS, DCS, PLC, MCC, MKV, GCP and AVR Panels, Testing of The Control of Monitor to Check Motor Through Switch Gear to DCS and MCC, Installation of Circuit, All types of Relay Inside Switch Gear Room, Installation of Thermocouple, RTD, Smoke Detector, Fire Detector, Building Wiring, HT & LT Cable Termination etc. I was working all types of Panel Wiring, Compressor, Panel Mar Selling Panel, Local Panel, MCC Panel, All types of Cable Glanding, Power Cable, All types of Signal & Flexible Cable, All types of Junction Box Wiring and All types of Motor Connection, Switch Yard, Switch Gear, House Wiring, All types of Fire System Glanding& Termination and Industrial Mechanical Works I was working in Major Shut Down job as well as Maintenance of Motors, Panel Board and Glanding Cable Joint & Main Power Supply Checking of All types of Equipment. Erection of Distribution Panels. Cabling Glanding, Terminations, Lighting. and Small Power Wiring. HV / LV Distribution & Power transformers; HV / MV / LV/MCC/PCC switchgear Protection system & Maintenance work; Diesel Generator up to 800 KVA & Dual Mode (diesel + gas) Generator of 6.6 KV with controlling of GMS, UCP, GCP & WCC generator 1500 KVA. 690V/400V LV distribution systems. Emergency generator. Emergency generator switchgear. Emergency distribution systems ,690V/400V LV switchgear, bus-bars; Fire water pump Generator (6.6 kv / 800 KVA /60 Hz) & motor and control systems; Battery charger and inverter systems. Installation, Per-Commissioning & Commissioning/ QA QC Inspection of Substation, H.V., M.V., L.V., 400V Up To 33Kv Switchboard, Trouble Shooting and Loop Checking for the Control Circuit, (Outdoor & indoor) I have experience in testing and commissioning as per preferred company standard and GOC (Guidance on Certification). I am familiar for commissioning of 33 kv switchyard and 11kv, 6.6kv sub stations and switchboards using feeder management relays, power management system including ICSS system, power generation system up to 28.5 MW and testing and commissioning of Generators and Gas Turbines (Rolls Royce). LV , HV and VSD switchboards (voltage lavel-11kv, 6.6kv,690v, 400 v) ,commissioning of LT Motors using motor manager mm5,mm6 type, HT motors(3.3KV) using relay complete testing and commissioning of power and distribution transformers including pressure testing, BDV test(Break Down Voltage),ratio test, short and open circuit tests, commissioning of LQ system(living Quarters)with associated systems and HVAC system, Primary and Secondary injection testing, UPS system A.C/D.C, Navigation system, HT,LT breakers, Heat Tracing system, all lighting system (normal/emergency),GMS and PMS system with Auto transfer of Switchboards Supply, EOT Cranes, Ductor testing , Hi Pot testing and PAT Test, Testing of Power Shutdown System And Load Shedding thorough PMS, Loop Checking as per as built drawing, commissioning of Drilling –Mud and Cementer system.
