Key Responsibilities: ▪ Overseeing all phases of the project from scoping to initiation, design and successful handover of the project. ▪ Reviewing the pre and post construction program and the associated documentation in order to the deliver the project on time to the end user. ▪ Providing recommendations on the shop drawings, material submittals, prequalification documents before forwarding to consultant’s review. ▪ Executing unit QA-QC inspections in line with project specifications and amending any anomalies detected. ▪ Create QA/QC checklists to maintain the quality of work for success full handing over of the project and to minimize the abortive ▪ works in defect liability period. ▪ Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems such as Motors, DB’s, compressors, Furnaces etc. ▪ Supporting the development and implementation of preventive, predictive, and reliability centered Maintenance Programs, risk mitigation and maintenance work processes to improve the equipment reliability. ▪ Developing maintenance programs for Electrical systems Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems (Building Automation System, Fire Alarm System). ▪ Reviewing the operation of equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime and increase operational efficiency. ▪ Driving the implementation and strict adherence to HSE and quality standards, internal and external Audit compliance. ▪ Monitoring the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment and initiating reordering when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: ▪ Managed all the technical activities pertaining to projects managed. ▪ Planned for and scheduled all the daily technical activities, tracked performance and ascertained reasons for deviation. ▪ Scope of work encompassed planning of project implementation, designing for the execution, submission of the technical submittals, obtaining the material approval and managing execution of the project. ▪ Collaborated on technical discussions, formulated technical documents for the project’s implementation, made follow-ups on project activities, commissioned activities on each system and managed handing over procedures. ▪ Coordinated the timely delivery of key project deliverable documents, project management plan, SOW, requirements documents, technical specification and design documents in addition to ensuring timely customer approval on the key document deliverables. ▪ Followed up with the client and manufacturers for all project components and parts needed, ensured timely availability of inventory. ▪ Analyzed the team's activities and performance in addition to reporting to the top management on project progress.

Key Responsibilities: ▪ Execution of Installation works as per approved drawings for oil cooled outdoor transformer and associated electrical panels MDB/SMDB and MCC’s. ▪ Provided active support in design of low voltage and extra low voltage systems as per project specifications. ▪ Implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. ▪ Estimation, preparation and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. ▪ Prepared technical specifications, review of offers, vendor documents and drawing for panels - LV power, AC and DC power supply, cables, lighting fittings and distribution boards. ▪ Formulated documents for material submittal, material inspections and work inspections and carrying out inspections at site with the client and third party.
