Project Involved  G+7 Government Hospital, Kottayam, Kerala.  G+4 Government Hospital, Alappuzha, Kerala.  Salam Villa G+2 11000 sq. ft, Malappuram, Kerala.  G+2 Shopping Complex, Thrissur, Kerala. Duties and Responsibilities:.  Maintained high quality standards for BIM models using advanced techniques with both Revit and AutoCAD.  Collaborate with architects, engineers and other project stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into the model.  Analyzing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.  Created shop drawings, renderings and walkthrough for presentation.  Generated construction documents, drawings and reports from the BIM model.  Reviewed project models and documentation for quality assurance.

Project Involved  B+G+12 Residential Building Al Barsha, Dubai.  G+3 Information System Building, Doha, Qatar.  Dubai Residential Building (B+G+6+R) at Burahama.  Milaha Residential Project @ Al Wakra, Qatar. Duties and Responsibilities:.  Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans and 3D models of buildings based on specifications provided by engineers or architects.  Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate their designs into the overall BIM model.  Explore and implement innovative tools and techniques to enhance BIM processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:.  Worked hand-in-hand with clients to design their buildings. In feedback survey, 95% of all clients satisfied with work.  Prepared blueprints, technical drawings and applications for building permits for state and local municipalities.  Completed all drawings for construction projects, detailing everything from dimensions to type of materials to be used on time and within budget.  Prepared comprehensive fit out drawings and furniture layouts for a 10,000 sq. ft office space, optimizing work space efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:.  Prepared drawings and details using CAD software.  Created detailed layout drawings showcasing wall, floor and ceiling finishes alongside joinery plans to enhance design functionality across 10+ projects ensuring client satisfaction.  Streamlined the handling of marked-up drawings through effective techniques.  Review and analyze design drawings for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
