Study the approved for construction drawing, specification, Bill of Quantities and prepare allmaterials requirements. Measurement for payment purpose. Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Measurement Sheet using Costx and CESMM4. Preparation of Tender documents and response to Tender Queries. Rate Analyze and update the price on BOQ. Attend regular site meetings and Project Progress meetings. Recommendation on Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications. Attend the technical and commercial meetings with the monitoring & control team. Technical Auditing Preparation of tender documents and respond to tender queries. Involve in Final Account and Project closeout procedures. Verified the actual take-off quantities with the IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings Preparing theBill of Quantities Study the approved construction drawing, specification, and Bill of Quantities and prepare allmaterials requirements. Preparation of Interim Payment Application Measurement for payment purpose Prepare variations as per the site instructions given by the consultant Send an inquiry for Quotation Taking off quantities from drawing.
