 Conducting Site Safety Induction for new joiners as per Emarat, POF & Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal (FOTT) standard.  Visiting FOTT frequently as per tanker loading.  Attending monthly Meetings with Fujairah Oil Industry Zone (FOIZ).  Conduct Safety inspections at assigned Petrol Stations. (Fujairah, RAK, Ajman & Sharjah)  Enforcing EHS requirements for new projects.  Monitoring and managing contractors.  Ensures that the company EHS Management System is implemented and followed and the project EHS plan is aligned with both Emarat corporate EHS and local regulation.  Providing prompt response on EHS inquiries, organization / project achieving EHS targets and objectives.  Activities within the Green Field and Brown field project phases from various disciplines and multiple contractors.  Reviewing Contractor QHSE plans, MSRAs, lifting plan, Scaffolding Design and Identifying additional control measures for safe execution.  Responsible for Contractors performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting.  Developing, implementing and Monitoring QHSSE management systems and SSOW includes staff training. (Video & PowerPoint).  Leading the team in proper implementation of PTW / LOTO / MOCs and monitoring effectiveness.  Participate in the incident investigation & Preventive actions.  Developing Emergency response pre-plans and conducting drills.  Responsible for organizing QHSSE committee meetings, Inspections & Campaigns / programs.  Ensures that all testing and maintenance of firefighting equipment (both portable and fixed) are achieved on time.

 Monitoring High Risk Activities.  Daily observation  PTW Audit and Inspections  Welfare spot checks by labors  Closing ADNOC/Tecnimont observations by providing suitable control measures  Evaluation of STARRT card  Grating, floor opening / open edge daily checklist  Report to HSEE and HSEM.  Internal inspection of scaffolding.  Safety inspection & audit.  Safety Coverage During Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Lifting work, Hydro Testing, Excavation, Concrete pouring.  Inspection of heavy equipment checklist & handling of materials  Collecting feedback by Subcontractors such as, Intherpro (Painting), Cape (Insulation and Scaffolding work)  Monitoring of Civil works like Substation Buildings work Roads, interlocking etc.  Pre-commissioning Commissioning & Startup.

 To carry out site inspection and collect reports from subcontractors HSE Persons on site or at offices such as AL-ASHFAQ General Contracting, National Contracting Co., Top link Co. and Fourth Dimension Co.  Preparing TRA, arranging TRA Session and getting approval by ADNOC/ADCO  Directly reporting to DESCON Engineering Project HSEM.  Promote HSE Campaigns like Driving Safely, Heat Stress Managements, HSE Incentives, Emergency Awareness and Near Miss Reporting.,  Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports and send them to ADNOC/ADCO and DESCON head Office.  SITE monitoring on well heads and pipelines concerning HSE matters to ensure safety of workers and their compliance.  Conduct weekly Management Walkthrough together with ADNOC/ADCO HSE team/representatives on site activities, fabrication shops, Camps and Mess Hall.  Monitors the closed out of all findings on site and camp issues.  Monitors the implementation of ADNOC/ADCO HSE Assurance Program by ensuring compliance of contractors and subcontractors.  Participate in incident/accident investigations and recommends appropriate actions,  Awareness provides Driving Safety to maintain Desert speed limit and defensive driving.

 Preparing Job Safety Analysis.  Monitoring road cutting and back as available before for cable crossing.  Providing safety awareness related Electrical Safety at Job Site during Excavation, Cabling, Glanding Termination Meggering  Reporting & taking action for unsafe acts, unsafe condition, near miss & deviations to management to prevent the incident.  Promoting good housekeeping culture and use of PPE at work sites.  Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentary records on HSE performance (e.g., Daily weekly, and monthly Reports)  To carry out inspection on daily, weekly, monthly basis as per the corresponding checklist  Ensuring work performed are being complied with the MS, JSA & PTW

 Conducting EOD Awareness (Explosive Ordnance Disposal)  Conducting Pyrophoric scale (Iron Sulphide) Awareness  Desert Animal Awareness like Snake bite, Scorpion bite or Any Rap tiles, Stray animals’ Nocturnal animals, Insect repellent.  Conducting Excavation Safety Awareness like Barricading. Signage, Blinking lights & Road Detour.  Coordinate with HSE Engineer and HSE Manager and discuss improving HSE Plan.  Scaffolding Training to scaffolders  Conducting Confined space, Hot Work and PTW Training to newcomers.  Daily and periodic inspection of Vehicles and Equipment such as Cranes, Graders, Backhoe Loaders, Bobcats, Boom Trucks, Man lifts, Forklifts, Concrete Mixer, Air Compressors, Roller Compactor, Plate Compactor, Jumping Compactor, Fire Extinguisher, Diesel Generator.
