Main Responsibilities: - • Dealing with Consultant, Client & Subcons (QFZA, GEIC, Dorex Eng, Landworx, Arrowhead, Al Dhow & Qatar Power Construction). • Involved in Site execution, Site Walks and Site Inspections. • Installation of Electrical Services i.e., Street Lighting, Decorative Lighting, Earthing System, Cable Laying as per KHARAMAA regulations, Cable Tests, Cable Trench Inspection with KHARAMAA, Feeder Pillar, Parking System, Small Power & Irrigation System.

• Dealing with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor, Consultant and Client. (Qatar Rail, PSH JV, Hill International, Hassad Food, NESPAK, GWC & QDC). • Involved in Site execution, Site Walks and Site Inspections. • Installation and maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant, Tunnel Drainage System, Cable Pulling, HVAC (AHU, FCU, CRAC Units, Smoke Vents Panels, SPF, SEF, WRE, BRE & WCE), Pre-Action, Lighting, Small Power, Lightning Protection, UPS, ACBS, ATS, MCC, SMDBs, Field DBs, BMS, Illumination & Dimming System DALI, Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm System by Autronica SIL2 Oil and Gas, Addressable FAS by Simplex, Addressable FAS by TYCO & Shield, FM200 by Shield, Simplex & Kidde, ETS Room Instruments, Retail Services, Public Facilities and Disabled Toilet System. • Snagging, De-snagging & Defects of MEP systems at Metro Station & GWC Al Wukair. • Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the 415/230V power network, including low voltage equipment, backup power systems and associated systems to provide reliable and continuous power supply to the Metro Station facilities. • Prepare and review electrical work methods in coordination with Subcontractors, PTW team & Procurement team to ensure safety and efficiency. • Provide Operation & Maintenance Manuals to FM Contractors. • Site supervision and managing manpower. • PTW procedure for safe and efficient work. • Provided design data for engineering applications using Auto CAD, MS Word files and Excel Spread Sheets. • Follow up procurement dept. for required material.

Supervision of Operation, Maintenance and Modification related jobs in Guest Rooms, VIP Guest Rooms, Bar, Restaurants, Meeting Rooms, Banquet Hall, Lobbies, Event Management, Swimming Pool, Kitchens, Bakery, Laundry and Butchery. Main Responsibilities: - • Implement a preventive maintenance program that reduced downtime. • Responsible for audit in order to ensure proper maintenance is performed. • Developed and coordinate outside service contractors. • Follow the Hotel Management Standards. • Training to the subordinate. • Understand and operate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems. • Managing projects within budget and time schedule while ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies.
