Conduct monthly inspection and raise work orders and Material request through Maximo. Collect well head samples for Lab analysis. Hand over wells to wire line and Riglesss activity. Testing the wells in test separator and MPFM as per well test schedule given by Production Engineers Water Treatment: Receiving sup level maintains. Surge bound change over, Produced water Stripping Column & IGF Separator operation, Nutshell Filters & Dacant Tank operation. Final Clarification Disposal sump & Desand Hydrclone Unit, All pump operation, Oil sample taking, TSS & oil in Water checking, Flocculent, HCL & H2S Scavenger Injection & operation etc. CONTROL ROOM ACTIVITIES: Am worked with YOKOGAWA System made by Japan. By using this I can make daily reports. Well test reports, start-stop ESP, Compressors, Pumps and controlling of other valves like SDV, PCV, LVC and MOV. Value changing, tuning page PH, HH, PL, LL value assigning, real & historical trend checking. Work Permit maintaining, Clear communication with field or local operator. It consists of two sections; Absorption section is Amine Contactor and Amine regeneration section. Operation and control of the Absorber, Knock Out Drum, Heat Exchangers and maintain the MDEA temp. Control the level of rich amine flash drum, Rich & Lean Amine exchanger, Regenerator, Control the lean amine flash drum, operation of vapor compressors and Reflux pumps.  Monitored DCS parameters through YOKOGAVA (Model Centum VP3000) DELTAV system and make sure that the process is under control.  Reviewed trip interlocks and alarm trip settings in DCS.  Prepared daily process reports.  Maintained records and log books for important panel readings for future reference and knowledge trend analysis, knowledge in PSV’S Thermal relief valve ,flares system ,work permit  Handled GSU,GDU,DPDU is designed 2 trains each with throughout of 100 MMCFSD  Actively monitored critical functions in hydrocarbon production and processing plants and working on emergency shutdown systems (ESD) and thereby Anticipating, Identify the Safe operation and ensuring the proper shutdown processes  Handled Liquid Condensate separated in HP, LP separators from gas inlet facilities.  Monitored Sour gas High press & low temp absorption with MDEA solvent to Removal of CO2 and H2S  Having exposure to complex and hazardous H2S and CO2 process operation. SULPHER RECOVERY UNIT:  Acid gas is coming from the sweetening unit to recover the Sulphur. Maintain the incinerator, knock out drums, oxidizer and absorber, adding catalytic reagents AR1310 and liquid Sulphur is transferred to Sulphur storage tank by transfer pumps.  Absorption section and regenerator section, in the absorption section, H2S is absorbed in the alkaline catalyst solution.  Follow up of PTW system and maintain their records.  Chelate Catalyst in aqueous solution to convert hydrogen sulphide to sulphide to elementary sulphur.  Process is regenerative in nature and the catalyst used in ppm level is regenerated by air.  Process treats amine off gas with low H2S low concentration (< 50000 ppmv ) but it is able to treat acid gas with large variation in H2S concentration Process has high H2S removal efficiency. AMINE RECOVERY  Amine Sweetening with DEA. Catacarb Gas Purification Unit of Ammonia Plant. Gas Dehydration with MEG, TEG and Molecular Sieve Bed.  Good operation knowledge in smooth start-up and shutdown activities.  Through understanding of ESD level systems and trip logics.  Rich amine regeneration in amine regeneration column by strip the acid gas.  Production operation of the knock out drums , heat exchangers , multistage pumps ,Turbo expander compressor , multistage centrifugal compressors , Condensers and filter separators etc.,  Main function of GDU is to remove water content to meet sale gas water dew point specification, TEG is used as solvent (dew point -3 deg )  TEG generation Column the re using stripping gas.  Process steam condensate recovery and stripping to produce high quantity steam.  Ensure discharges and flaring levels are monitored, recorded and controlled.  Having good knowledge in instruments , mechanical and electrical , finding out the abnormality in plant actives  Test run for the standby equipment per the schedule.
