Roles and Responsibilities:  Evaluate engineering system and process.  Oversee, evaluate and calibrate equipment systems and procedures used in the development and production of products.  Calibrate and repair systems and machinery.  Prepare and maintain equipment keep and update activity logs.  Perform trouble shooting.  Ensuring safety of workers and equipments.  Ensuring the product is good to go after its performance test.  Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.  Analyzing data to determine the cause of defects, failure or flaws and facilitating corrective measures.  Performing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Ensuring the product dimension are the same as per design.  Establish performance and quality criteria.  Create and run quality tests based on appropriate protocols.  Identifying any issues on the product (physical/performance based)  Measuring production process and parameters against industry standards. Developing test procedures that produce analyzable validation data.  Training staff on validation parameters, overseeing validation technicians and determining processes.  Prepare and maintain equipment keep and update activity logs.  Perform trouble shooting.
